Chartreuse Tarragona

Chartreuse is a French Liqueur comprised of a variety of herbs and plants distilled with alcohol. This concoction has been made by Carthusian monks since the early 18th century. As well as being produced near Grenoble in France, there was a distillery at Tarragona in Spain where this bottle was produced. The Spanish distillery closed in the 1980s.
