A 6 litre decanter of this fantastic whisky recently was sold at auction in Hong Kong for £393,109 setting a new world record. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE 6 LITRE DECANTER.
While the M has no age statement Macallan's pre-launch publicity suggested that the oldest whisky in the first release was ‘distilled while the Battle of Britain raged’ – 1940.
The packaging has been produced in collaboration with crystal makers Lalique and designer Fabien Baron.
