Martell is the oldest of the great cognac houses with its foundation in 1715 on the banks of the Charente when a Jersey-born merchant called Jean Martell created his own trading company. Since then the passion has been passed down through generations of the Martell family and has always been associated with luxury: it was served on the Queen Mary in 1936 and on Concorde in the 1970s.
First bottled in 1912 by Edouard Martell, this classic cognac is Martell's flagship brand and has become synonymous with the highest standard of quality. Cordon Bleu remains many connoisseurs' favourite expression of Martell.
This is a limited edition tribute to Martell's 300 year anniversary.
