Clan Denny holds an important role as the Douglas Laing and Hunter Hamilton home of independent bottlings of single grain whiskies; although single malt and blended whiskies are also bottled under the brand. The spirits in this range are aged from around seven to fifty years old and are bottled at natural cask strength as small batch releases. Clan Denny acts as an output for showcasing grain whiskies from lost distilleries.

These labels are from the famous Japanese Ukiyo-e artist named "Toyohara Kunichika".

The painting is based around a famous historical event known as the "Kawanakajima Nozomi". The painting depicts a dragon and a tiger battling between heaven and earth and was the most famous battle in the Warring States Period.
