Mackenzie
Only 3000 limited edition bottles of this new Highland single malt are being released to mark a new era in the distillery’s long affiliation with The Mackenzie Clan, and to help raise much needed funds for this famous Scots family.
Initially matured in bourbon hogsheads for 11 years, The Mackenzie spent the last 6 years of its maturation in port pipes.
The Mackenzie Clan has quite the history with Dalmore. Not only did the clan used to own the Dalmore distillery for nearly 100 years, they were also the inspiration for The Dalmore’s iconic stag head logo and its motto “I Shine, Not Burn” as that's also the clan motto.
And there's also the fact that Dalmore has a King Alexander III expression - named after the the ancestor of Clan Mackenzie made when saving King Alexander III in 1263 from being gored by a stag.

Castle Leod
This limited edition bottling celebrates the ancient and historic seat of Clan Mackenzie and is the second in a series crafted by Master Distiller Richard Paterson in homage to Clan Mackenzie.
Castle Leod has been home to the Caberfeidh, Chief of the Clan Mackenzie, since 1606 and is located just 14 miles from the The Dalmore Distillery.
This classic Vintage 1995 expression was matured initially in American white oak and Spanish sherry wood, before being transferred for a final 18 months to barriques from a legendary 1st cru classe Bordeaux chateau.
Released as a follow-up to 2010's Mackenzie bottling, and with the same mission - to raise money for the upkeep of Castle Leod, the Mackenzie clan's ancestral seat.
