Rosebank 1991 8 Year Old Lord of Scotland
Lot number: 0622713
Winning bid: £105
Described as a, "grievous loss" by Micheal Jackson the triple distilled Rosebank is regarded by many as the best of the Lowland single malts. Closed in 1993 its site on the Forth & Clyde canal and relatively low production levels meant that it did not compare favorably with the much larger and picturesque Glenkinchie. It has been mourned by whisky aficionados ever since who miss its floral and aromatic style.
This whisky has been bottled by Lord of Scotland.
Distilled: 1991
Age: 8 years old
43% ABV / 70cl
Please note the damage to the lot and the sellotape.
Please examine the images of the bottle, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
