Only 1494 numbered bottles of this whisky were produced by United Distillers in 1994 to celebrate the 500^thanniversary of the first recorded ‘legal’ production of Scotch Whisky. This limited edition bottling was never intended for retail sale instead they were gifts for key customers and employees around the globe.
