Lot number: 066-2791
Winning bid: £620
J.G. Thomson was a wine and spirit merchant who operated from offices in Leith. These would become known as the Vaults and are now the home of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
Thomson registered the name Deerstalker in 1880, just five years after trademarks came into force.
With its bottle molded from three seperate pieces and the driven cork we estimate that this bottle hails from the 1920s.
Please note there is no information as to alcoholic strength or bottle size.
Please note the condition of the wooden box, the labels and the fill level in this lot.
Please examine all images of the lot, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
