Laphroaig 2006 Rum Cask Malts Of Scotland

Malts of Scotland won the prestigious Whisky Magazine's Icons of Whisky Independent Bottler of the Year in both 2013 and 2014. Thomas Ewers personally selects each cask, which is bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and without colour, to offer Scotland's greatest treasure.

Sold in America during prohibition for medical purposes, due to the Surgeon General refusing to believe it could be drunk for pleasure, Laphroaig was awarded a Royal Warrant by Prince Charles in 1994. The biggest selling single malt from Islay, Laphroaig is one of the last distilleries using its own floor maltings.
