Longrow
Cameron McGeachy writes: "The bottle was chosen from our warehouse tastings which are held in Warehouse 9 at our sister company, Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown. It is one of the 3 single malts produced there, Longrow, which is double distilled and peated but this one spent 7 years in a bourbon hogshead then the rest of its life in an Australian Chardonnay cask until it was 16 years old. This was hand filled by myself from the cask and being for such a great cause, I thought we should donate a special whisky to hopefully help out with the auction... this has been signed by myself, Jenna McIntosh (Sales Executive, Cadenhead's) and Mark Watt (Director of Sales, Cadenhead's) ... There is also an added bonus to the winner of this bottle, a certificate for a warehouse tasting for 4 people held at our warehouse in Campbeltown."
