Belgrove Rye 50cl

Another Tassie entrant, this is the only Carbon negative distillery. Completely hand built by Peter Bignell, he uses chip fat from the local takeaway to power his direct fired still. He grows the rye, malts it, peats it, brews, distills and matures it before bottling it all on his farm in Tasmania. A 100% rye whisky made by one of the most creative distillers in the world.

This bottle was signed by founder Peter Bignell and staff and kindly donated by the Belgrove Distillery, Tasmania.
