Caol Ila 2004 Saint & Peat

Based in the Netherlands, The Ultimate Whisky Company was created in 1994 when Han and Maurice van Wees started to select casks of single malt for bottling with a commitment to natural colour and non-chill filtering. As well as the 46% bottlings and cask strength versions, they produce some Rare Reserve releases of special whiskies. The Ultimate strive to bottle an “honest and old fashioned quality single cask, single malt” according to Van Wees' standards.
