Ardmore 1998 21 Year Old Thomson Bros
Lot number: 104-01203
Winning bid: £85
Built to provide whisky for the Teacher's blend in 1898, this Highlander's main production is a peated whisky, but there is also a non-peated version called Ardlair (Ardless is its nickname) which accounts for around 40% of its output. Due to how prominent and significant its role as a base for a blend is, Ardmore is rarely found as a single malt, but a determined few followers seek it out as an independent bottling.
Bottled for independent company Thompson Brothers.
Age: 21 Years Old
51.5% ABV / 70cl
Bottle Number: One of only 256 bottles released
Please examine all images of the lot, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
