Daftmill 2007 Single Cask #26 For Kirsch Import Germany

Daftmill Farmhouse was granted a license in 2003 allowing its first distillation to take place in December 2005. As an independent distiller, owner Francis Cuthbert's main aim was to produce a light Lowland whisky, but - as the site is still an active farm - the distillery has a silent season in spring and autumn whilst work happens in the fields.
