Winning bid: £1,000
With its distinctive square bottle, its label angled precisely at 24° and the iconic Striding Man, Johnnie Walker is the world's best selling Scotch whisky. It was created in Kilmarnock in 1865 and is now available in almost every country in the world. Between 1906 & 1909 John Walker's grandsons introduced the colour names which the bottles still bear to this day.
What you probably don't know, is that the company has diversified away from whisky in the past. This bottle of Cognac from the 1950s represents a side project for the company and is extremely rare!
70° Proof / No stated bottle size
