Connacht distillery, in Ballina, opened its doors in 2016, and in 2021 it released the first whiskey distilled in county Mayo in over 150 years. Their unusually shaped stills, coupled with their location on the windswept Atlantic cost of Ireland ensure a uniquely flavourful spirit.
