It has The Anderson Distillery Company, Distillery No. 97, Kentucky 2061275-6 label over the top stating it was made in Spring 1916, bottled in Spring 1930.
This historic bourbon was distilled during World War 1 but due to the introduction of Prohibition in The United States these whiskies were only allowed for medicinal use until it was repealed in 1933. Medicinal liquor was prescribed by doctors at the time which was then exploited by bootleggers.
