Laphroaig 2000 10 Year Old Douglas of Drumlanrig
Lot number: 137-03452
Winning bid: £70
The Douglas Of Drumlanrig range is named after Drumlanrig Castle which is located in the south west of Scotland. The castle itself played a part in the Jacobite rebellion with Bonnie Prince Charles and his 2000 followers invading the castle just two days before Christmas! The rebellion came to an end only a year later in 1746 and to all Scotsmen around the world they would like to apologise for choosing to bottle the majority of their malts at 46%...
