To accompany the final series of the epic HBO drama, Diageo helped ease the tension by releasing a range of eight bottlings - one for each season of the show - from eight different distilleries across the Scottish regions each representing a Game of Thrones House and adorned with the respective crest; supposedly with some connection between the dynasty and the distillery.
This lot also contains the Mortlach Six Kingdoms. This the ninth and final bottling in the Game of Thrones-inspired range is inspired by the finale of the show and pays tribute to the fate of fictional continent Westeros, when the fictitious realm’s Seven Kingdoms became six after the North became independent under queen Sansa Stark.
