Heritage Distilling Co. is an American craft distillery in Gig Harbor, Washington with several tasting rooms scattered around the Pacific Northwest. Heritage had built their business primarily on flavoured whiskeys and vodkas, and have now moved into fantastic bourbons, ryes and barley whiskies for their new Stiefel’s Select line. This release is made using heavily roasted chocolate malted barley, most often used in brewing dark beers.
