Blinking Owl Distillery was an American craft distillery and restaurant located in Santa Ana, California. They distilled American Single Malt, Bourbon, and Ryes. Unfortunately, the pandemic posed too many challenges for the distillery, and has since closed. This is likely one of the very last opportunities to get your hands on one of their fantastic whiskeys.

This particular cask was recently reviewed by the highly respected Serge Valentin at whiskyfun.com, when he rated it an extremely impressive 90 points.
