Auchentoshan Valinch The recent Valinch from 2011, 700ml and bottled at 57.5%. A superb cask strength Auchentoshan. Valinch is named after the giant pipette used to remove whisky from casks for tasting. This whisky is basically the classic at cask strength.

Glen Garioch from Oldmeldrum Aberdeenshire. A vastly improved dram since its strength increase and its move away from colouring and chill filtering. 700ml and 48%.
