Hjarta is the ancient Norse word for "heart". This is a cask strength expression from the Orkney distillers, and was launched to celebrate the refurbishment of their visitor centre and was only available in Scandinavia or at the distillery centre. The whisky was created by Max MacFarlane, Whisky Maker.
