Chichibu Ichiro's Malt Single Cask #3867

The Chichibu distillery in the Saitama Prefecture of Japan is the brainchild of Ichiro Akuto, who founded the distillery in 2008. The grandson of the founder of Hanyu distillery, Ichiro has created a small but perfectly formed distillery with washbacks made from Mizenara and a pair of stills from Forsyths of Rothes.

This single malt has been finished in an IPA barrel.
