Griffo is the brain child of couple Jenny and Michael who knew they wanted to create something that allowed them to spend all day together as a family, creating something wonderful. They combined their respective skills, with Micheal being able to utilise his expertise as a physicist and Jenny being able to work locally and help create a business that was a part of the local community. There was five years of budgeting, learning all they could but they succeeded in opening their very own distillery in April 2015, Griffo. They now have a fantastic portfolio of drinks to choose from with something for everyone.
